Clover Machine brewed coffee. Has anyone else had a cup brewed by one of these magical coffee robots? I wandered into a local coffee shop that had one, picked the beans I wanted, and they brewed the cup right then and there, supposedly in a way that brings out the characteristics of that bean/roast. It was fairly expensive, but a pretty damn good cup of coffee.

Chicago Meetup So says me, because I can. Deal with it!
BP Radio: It's been quite a day. I'm ready to unwind with some music... and when I unwind with music, it tends to be kinda loud. Starting at midnight Eastern (about 5 minutes from now).
Uh oh.... I fear Mrs. Dove is no more. I mentioned her about
two weeks ago. This evening it seems she is gone. I am sad.
Today, my boss Neil (who will never be a contender for Miss Congeniality) got into a heated argument with a customer who storming away in a huff turned to him and said (for best results imagine the voice of Rosie Perez) 'Joo gotta lotta issues. Joo need some Scientology!'
I am sad about Eight Belles. She comes in 2nd place on two broken ankles and is immediately euthanized on the track. And I find it a little crass that the linked article mentions how she still paid off for gamblers.

OMG I HATE DIRECTV HATE HATE HATE!!!!! As mentioned
yesterday, we've been watching the encore of "John Adams" on HBO... well, all of it except for the final episode, which DirecTV, for reasons unknown,
declined to record, despite the series being prioritized at #1. It's not going to be repeated again till June. Grrr.
Help me stay awake I'm stuck here at work for another four and a half hours (at least). It's dead slow and I'm fading fast. It turns out that five hours of sleep really isn't enough. I'll be keeping an eye on the
Sharks game, but otherwise all I can think of is blissful unconsciousness.
