Honestly, making the man swallow spotted dick AFTER the steak and kidney pie ... there must be some dietary law against that!!!

I used to spend far too much time in the Cheshire Cheese. Of a busy Friday evening, as a regular, I could just reach over the bar and pour my own pints. I was quite happy with that arrangement.
