I am drukn. There were iSchool people who I will be working with next semester. Also mojitoes.→[More:] Apparently one of the things I will learn in grad school is how to hold my liquor.

Also also I think I have an apartment in Seattle which is very exciting and it's very nice and I like it. But mostly I think I'm drunk.

MOJITOES!!
I met and fell in love with mojitoes while in Hawaii. They are so very yummy. I even had a cucumber mojito at The Plantation Gardens restuarant in Kauai. Now I wants a mojito.

Have fun being drunk, I hope it doesn't catch up with you to much when it wears off. Also, YAY! for nice apartment!

I only had one, so I don't think I should be too bad tomorrow. I just can't hold my liquor worth a damn (makes me a cheap date).

Apartment is exciting! I still haven't signed the lease (waiting for the application to be approved) but it's *very* pretty. Wood floors, nice kitchen that looks into the living area over a half-wall, washer and dryer IN THE APARTMENT. That last is GOLD.

We get mojitoes here too, but the English name for them is gnats. In Scotland they're midges. But they still bite, whatever they're called.

I am also drunk. My very good friend just graduated, and her and her husband are moving to fucking Tuscon (or whatev). It was a fun party (I played, and lost, two games of 'flip cup'), but sad at the end.

Fuck Tuscon. Fuck our air conditioner still being broken.

I was drunk last night - oh, so drunk - but tonight am merely buzzed. (Insofar as 3AM still counts as "tonight.") Thank god I don't make a habit of drinking on Sunday nights too... Hooray for Burning Man fire-spinning parties!

I had that down by the end of sophomore year of undergrad. Another example of how the educational system is failing our students.
