He's demanding photos of her "dressed (fully or partially) in red negligee", and so on, as evidence in the court case, and the judge isn't throwing this straight out, and giving him a stern warning? Can't this kind of crap get you disbarred? Am I not understanding something?
actually from the news article they both sound like Jerry Springer cases. And considering that they had at least 4 failed marriages between them going into the relationship, gee, what did they think was going to happen?
He reminds me of a particular sue-crazy internet zany. I think the important thing to take away from this is just don't steal someone's mezusah when you break up with them. I know it's mighty tempting, too tempting to pass up, some might say - because who wouldn't want purloined sacred verses as a souvenir of your spectacularly failed relationship? But it will only lead to tears.
I think it's pretty funny - and cute when you are a happy Jewish/Asian couple... used in the aftermath while indulging in ugly, ugly revenge harassment, not so much.
