I saw The Swell Season last night at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg. It was awesome. →[More:]Probably one of the best shows I have ever seen. Great musicians and great music! Glen Hansard has a great rapport with the audience. Glen's and Marketa's voice fit together beautifully. The venue was fantastic as well. The opening act was Nina Hynes and The Husbands (although there was only one). It was kewl.

OMG. . I passed on them, even though they played about a mile from where I live. We chose a few other concerts and felt like we could not spend the money. But I am sorry for it.

Was the "non-Once" material cut pretty much of the same cloth?

Specklet saw them in Portland and said they were amazing. I've not seen them, but love the album.
