help with a broken facebook? i am trying to set up an event related to a group. when i pick the city, i get this error message:→[More:]

Transport error (#1001) while retrieving data from endpoint `/ajax/typeahead_networks.php': A network error occurred. Check that you are connected to the internet.

Now I know I am connected to the internets! And some of the ajax works - when i type the group name partways into my search bar on my home page, facebook completes it.

Any facebook mavens know what's up?

Well I got it to work! I just went to the page and the FIRST THING i did was go and put the city in, and then filled in the rest. So the page must be dropping off the internets shortly after I arrive there.

Facebook has a lot of different servers. I frequently run into glitches that are mysteriously solved five seconds later.
