Question for people who exercise Is there a reason it's really hard some days and not others?
→[More:] Some reasons are obvious, if I haven't slept in awhile, or have been eating badly, or if I'm getting my period.
But other days it makes NO sense. On Tuesday it was torture to run 2 miles and today 4.5 miles was so easy that if I'd had more time I could have gone longer.
What the heck?
