The deadline for my thesis is in less than 72 hours. It's still quite far from finished. And I've done almost zero work today, except for fixing a few mistakes here and there (and converting the document from odf to doc).
Yeah, I know that feeling. If you're like me, you'll wait until the last possible moment to really start work, tell yourself to stop being a moron for being lazy or getting distracted every 5 minutes and just work like an idiot. It's excellent if that's how you work and you're on your own, less so if it's a group project...
Let's make some cookies for the boys! (Actually, the only time my place was clean and full of homemade cookies was when I had a big paper due. I think you can, Daniel, I think you can.)
Haha. Thinking is hard. My sister is going back to school for her Master's to be a behavior specialist, or something like that. She asked me when I was returning to school. I can't think that much. I don't know how I did it the first go around. Now it takes all I have to remember a haircut appointment.
School sucks. It's almost three years since I finished Grad School and I still have nightmares (really). When you're in school, you're never ever free. You could always be working on a paper, studying more for the next exam, reading other damn journal article, etc. You can't party, watch TV, go the movies without thinking, I should be working on my paper. Now, when I leave my office from work, I'm done and don't have to think about it until the next morning. Never again.
