I've been on a Flamin' Groovies kick lately, so here's "Shake Some Action" and "Slow Death". If you dig power pop and/or punk rock, these guys are important.
Weird. I would have sworn I left a comment.

Anyway, yay for the Groovies, even if the drummer in the Slow Death clip looks bored out of his brain.

Didn't they do a song called "Sassy Little Lassie from Tallahassee?" I liked that song. (And "Shake Some Action" rocks.)

Freddy 'Boom-Boom' Cannon did that first, BOP, but the Groovies acquitted themselves well on it as always.

I was introduced to Shake Some Action by Cracker's version, which is quite good.

Huh. I figured it was a cover, but had no idea who did it first. I learned sumpin.

And Eideteker, Season To Risk came up on my iPod today, and I thought about you, though in an only partially gay way.
