I need a creative team name! We're going to a local sports bar for trivia tonight and we need a good/clever team name. I am all hopped up on coffee and asthma medicine and can't think straight, so I've come here for assistance. Also feel free to impart general knowledge... we need it.

The best one I ever heard was "He's Dead, Jim."

Since it's sports, you might try "The Big Train," the nickname of my all-time favorite baseball player.

How about "Loki's Wager"? Just because I was reading about it today, and felt like naming something "Loki's Wager". And here you come looking for a name. Must be kismet.

or else just look up "would be a good band name" on metachat or mefi. My latest suggestion for good band name was "Hurfdurf Butter Brando".
