Since we're celebrating three birthdays I wrote a little song for you...

Happyy birthday dear essexjan, brujita, and JanetLand,
Happy Birthday..."

That's as far as I've gotten - I can't think of a good closer. If I don't come up with something better I might just repeat "to you" one more time, but that might be overdoing it.

What fair, fat and forty had for dinner:
Jamesons on the rocks (no house cocktail here)
Raw tuna amuse bouche
Dry Champagne
Domestic osetra which tasted good but was mushy....several years before the beluga ban I had a sampler at Petrossian at which the beluga tasted musty; I sent it back twice.
Lobster carpaccio
Salmon
A chocolate hazelnut dessert.
Petit fours
Cafe latte (yes matteo, I know Italians only drink this at breakfast!)
