Muddgirl is right. "Buzz off, Deathcookie" is what JonMC wrote in his "anti-smoker person got in my face today about it" thread, and I thought it was a great phrase.

As far as WoW ganking, never played it, don't intend to.
Wouldn't know if I'd been ganked even with flash cards.
