Quite apart from my having spent several years reading MeFi via a SHARED dial-up connection at work (meaning I sympathise greatly with her), I was going to say something else quite clever and witty, but now it has completely slipped my mind. I assure you, though, it was a most excellent comment. I am very tired, having gone through the job interview from hell yesterday, which has totally drained my soul (and those of the four colleagues who went through the same process earlier in the day). My brain barely has enough capacity to keep me awake and breathing at the moment.
