Jobs you never imagined having but which you love anyway. Any ideas on how to move a great dane from Las Vegas to Dallas in the cheapest way possible? I'm asking for roommates who are broke, have no car and little else, but were just handed a great opportunity that includes bus tickets -- no dogs allowed, besides he's too big to fit. "Was there ever such a pretty wart? There it sits beside the noble nose, the solitary imperfection in Avedon's impossibly beautiful 2004 portrait of Barack Obama, when Obama was the wunderkind of the struggling Democrats. You look at the clever, artless, eager child preserved in the star orator, civic gravity and American ardour overlaid on the same face, the open collar an advertisement of moral transparency, and two wistful thoughts come to mind". I miss Richard Avedon, I really do.
Last night, while going through an old cardboard box in the kitchen, Pips found an old half-gallon beer growler-filled with mixed change! When the bank opens at 11, I'm going to go pour it down that change counting machine. Also, yesterday, when i went to buy bugspray at the drugstore, I found a cool coffee mug. It has a picture of the Triborough on it and says "Triborough bridge, Astoria, Queens, New York." I'm sipping java from it now.

Why do some women look aggressive when trying to look sexy? Like my last question, this is not meant to be crass or offensive.

Haaalp My Bunneh! EMERGENCY!!! Please don't make nuisance calls.
Need songs about getting lost in "darkness" - "The Last Time I Saw Richard". I'm looking for songs that are about getting lost in some sort of sparsely populated darkness (metaphorical or literal - think abandoned buildings, rainy nights, dark cafes, stuff like that). It's a vague description, but something more along the lines of Joni Mitchell's "The Last Time I Saw Richard" or Elbow's "Powder Blue" and less Garth Brooks' "Friends in Low Places".
