Favourite Chinese food cookbook? Having spent many many years in a city with a huge Chinese/Chinese-descent population, I got used to being able to get great, reasonably authentic Chinese (especially Szechuan) food pretty easily. Now I miss it. A lot.

I didn't bring my one reliable Chinese cookbook down with me, and now, of course, I can't remember what it was called. Do you have a favourite author/book/website that you'd recommend? (Especially looking for books. I do love a good hard-copy-type cookbook.)
