๏ is Unicode character U+0E4F, 'Thai character Fongman'.
These are followed by a 'Combining double inverted breve' (Unicode character U+0361) and a 'Combining inverted breve below' (Unicode character U+032F), I don't know how you make these display on their own, here they are sandwiched between a pair of dashes: -̯͡-
๏ is another 'Fongman'.
) is a regular close bracket.
۶ is Unicode character U+06F6, 'Extended Arabic/Indic digit six'.

lol stilicho I loaded it this AM and was like 'oh, huh, that was painless!' then made some flip comment in-thread... whereupon my MBP promptly went tits-up, whirling beachball o' doom, the whole shebang.

which is only appropriate, after all. Mad kudos to fff, becaue Fongman there quite accurately captures the essence of that thread. the whole trainwrecky, troll-poke-y, 6K comment-having, whirling beachball-ness of it.

sadly Fongman is missing a couple key graphical elements on this here PC POS I get to wrestle with in the orifice.

someone should tip fff off that he's potentially spawned a MeCha meme.
