Sacha Baron Cohen invades Milan fashion week Milan's prestigious fashion week has been hijacked by British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen in his alter ego of Bruno, the flamboyantly camp Austrian fashion reporter. Video and more pics. Fashion flip-flop on Paris Hilton [nsfw].
That Milan fashion week outfit is great!

Isn't that a fun outfit small_ruminant?! Very Darth Vader meets PigPen. Or something. Srsly. I needed a good laugh today and thought I'd share it with my MeCha buds.

That Sasha Cohen is sooo naughty, I love the great mix of cringing and can't bear to look away-I can't believe he's getting away with this.

I really like the boot hanging off the belt. It's very practical. There are ALL sorts of times I wished I'd had a single rainboot handy!

I like how the people commenting on Paris are VAPID both before and after the flip-flop. Is that really the current state of fashion commentary on TV?

These are designed by my brother-in-law.

oh dear StickyCarpet, lol, is your posting a link to his look in this thread a comment on what you think?

What, you don't like the look? It's the Milan connection. He's actually serious about his stuff. The fabrics he uses are really sumptuous. He thinks with his fingers, he's always feeling and touching. But it's true he's pretty much the target of the parody.

I guess it's normal for everyone to talk about Miuccia's latest designs, but he does all the couture men's designs.

Do the people designing security systems never learn? You would think, after the number of times this guy has made security and minders of all sorts look stupid, they would be well and truly on the look-out for him. This brings to mind the Chasers' stunt at the Olympics in Sydney - getting all the way through security with a fake motorcade that was so obviously fake that the security guards bought it and, in the end, "they" couldn't find anything to charge them with, so they were let off scot-free despite threats of jail sentences decades-long.

It's good to see the establishment embarrassed now and again, if only to remind them that they are only in charge because we let them be.
