Click through some historic chess games - for the casual player or those with a passing interest. Some exciting games with light, focused analysis.
Nice link. I have a book originally printed in 1889 - mine's the 1903 edition - of 'The Club Series: Chess' by Robert Frederick Green, and one of the examples of Master Play is the Immortal Game, "-one of the most beautiful and brilliant on record." In the book it's referred to as the King's Bishop's Gambit, with Kieseritzky playing from Paris and Anderssen playing from Breslau. Also, this game is the one played in Blade Runner, with Tyrell playing black and Sebastian (with Roy) playing white. No small symbolism there! I've read the moves, but have never seen them played out. Thanks!
