Of course the only "meetup" near to me is the "West Yorkshire Mens Naturism Meetup Group". Which is nice and all, but not really my thing.

And yet, here I am, overseas, and West Yorkshire Mens Naturism is exactly my thing. It doesn't seem to have spread beyond West Yorkshire, though. Pity.

Don't be depressed, BP, the word "meetup" was in use years before the website. Earliest use on USENET is from 1993.
