Georgia Refugee Center Pictures taken by my sister →[More:]My little sister is working at an NGO in Tbilisi, and last weekend she went to a former military hospital where many refugees from the recent battles with Russia are living temporarily. She took a few pictures and captioned them. She's working on getting funding for this and other projects in the area.

aww. So sad. Good pictures. The kind that make me immediately want to get the kids out of that awful stinkhole of a place.

Georgia is a beautiful little country. I've always wanted to visit.

(That said, I recognize that, no matter how unsuccessful I might be by the standards of this country, I really lucked out by being born here.)
