I'm talking about cabinet knobs, you gutterminds.

I'm keeping my antique pine chests of drawers and bedside cabinets when I decorate my bedroom, but wanted to jazz them up with some lovely glass knobs. There's so little choice available in the UK, and the ones that are on sale here are ridiculous prices, so I've reconciled myself to ordering from the US.

I've decided on these, in an assortment of colours and have worked out that for the quantity I need (26, with four spares) it'll cost less than half a dozen not-as-nice ones from a UK store.

But in my searches, I came across this little gem of a site, for those of you who might want that Sarah Palin bearskin sofa look, but without the killin'. The Home Accents are ... well, words fail me, except now I want a drinking cowboy.
