Mmmm...hog fat →[More:]My spearheaded a pig roast for my church this past weekend. The weather wasn't cooperative, so we had to have the farm smoke it for us (I'll roast a pig in a light rain, but not a thunderstorm, thanks). Although some people came outside to stare at us dismantling the pig (ewwww!), there were no complaints at the chafing dishes inside. Store bought pork is nothing like this. Not one bit.
