okay, so after I got over my initial "ARRRGH! flash loading gizmos!!" reaction, I really, really enjoyed this.
aside: I once loved a boy with eyes the exact colour of the sun shining through a breaking wave. He taught me photography, moved me halfway across the continent, reignited my love of the ocean and tirelessly encouraged me to pursue my passions, no matter what. Though he ultimately broke my heart, he catalysed a sea change in my psyche that brought me to the place I am today. I honestly believe I could not have gotten here without having gone through all that. This reminds me of him in a most positive way. Thanks, chewie!
I really liked the 70's galleries, too, BP. One of the first things I ever sketched was a picture out of Skateboarder magazine of Rory Russell skating in an empty pool somewhere in SoCal. He had one wheel on the pool coping and the caption was, "Rory Russell rips a one-wheeler...". I still have the sketch! I wish I still had the magazine & photo.
I liked the textures gallery, too. Really conveys the hugeness and richness of the ocean.
