That is friggin adorable. I hope those people did the best thing for the baby in terms of rehabilitating him into the wild.
Moose are the coolest. I remember the first time I saw one in the wild -- crossing the road in front of my car when I lived in the Rockies. It's hard to believe they can even stand up, their legs are so skinny and gangly and their antlers are so mammoth. They must have strangely strong ankles. Coming into close proximity of animals like that really reminds me of how incredible nature can be. It sounds hokey, but it can be very moving.
Where my parents live is a very bad area for moose-car collisions. Everyone sees the moose as hazards, but I see the cars as being the hazards. The moose were there first.
