No, I think he's plotting to steal the entire world supply of cilantro, which would be just as good for some people. Also not the first time cilantro haters aligned themselves with evil.

But I think Evil Bunny has an inside track for membership in the EVIL LEAGUE OF EVIL and may even challenge Bad Horse for leadership. You know they're gonna fight over carrots.

"ONE.... MILLION.... CARROTS!!!!"

Still, not as scary as Big Buck Bunny.
