Such a sublime mixture of sane and crazy. The other night I was walking into a local convenience store wearing my WKRP IN Cincinatti t-shirt. A spaced out specimen lingering outside pointed at it and said "Yeahhh...Les Nessman..." I chuckled back at him. "He owes me money, dammit," he said and wandered off.

R.I.P. Gary Wright. He was part of Spooky Tooth then solo for 10 albums. He had only one hit album but The Dream Weaver with Love is Alive and Dream Weaver was as big a thing as there was in music in 1975/76.

We had a visitor last night! My spouse was fixing tea when she saw this unit in the front yard. We watched him mosey from the lanterns to the woods. Glad I hadn't put out any bird feeders on those same hangers! Also glad it didn't try to get into our rubbish bins. What a beautiful black bear!
