The details so far
- There is currently no one organizing rooms for Mecha Vegas. Several people are staying at the Barbary Coast.
- There is a vague plan for folks to meet up at the Carnaval Court "FLAIR BAR" and Grill located at Harrahs, on the strip around 7pm on Saturday 9/23.
