South Park Avatars→[More:]I know this is kinda old but I ran across it again recently. I thought y'all might have fun with it. Don't forget to use the "metachat" tag. Also look here.

mac or Windows Specklet.
Windows... Press Alt-Print Screen, then paste it into photoshop and edit it from there. If that's too roundabout, then Gadwin Screen print will do the job for you.
mac: Run Grab, press Shift Cmd A, choose what you want to copy. Save it to your desktop. Open it with preview, save it as a jpeg, and upload to flickr. (p.s. If anyone knows a less convulated way of doing this, I'd like to know.)
linux: Dunno. You're the leet one. You probably need to type something like "swf2jpg -m21,2,52 -oj -t -l | sftp -fimg.txt -h -a"
Cute picture, mayfly! I'm sorry to say that I hadn't noticed you here before, but I'm just going through your comments, and if you like Neutral Milk Hotel, Animal Collective, and Banhart, you're a friend of mine.
That's as good as it gets. I had to black out the hat and grey the band around it. Hey, the picture even looks like dark and snowy Ithaca.

Trenchcoat and black on black and black can be seen here, though I'm hatless. I am curiously absent any recent pictures of me in winter clothes, so you'll have to take my word for it. I did this a year or so ago, it's strangely accurate.
I for one welcome our "hey, cool, they're not all white" (and very attractive) overlords. And I hope that one day I have the opportunity to refer to someone as "Assfreakin American".
I overheard two women some years ago talking in a supermarket about someone they knew who had just gotten into a mixed marriage (I think... it was a long time ago, even for an eideteker). They were saying something to the effect that children of mixed heritage are always the most beautiful. That was the line that got my attention and stuck with me.
Since then, I secretly think of myself as a hybrid.
I have put Assfreakin' American down under Ethnicity on a job app, though it was for B&N because those fuckers never ever call me back when I apply there so I had nothing to lose.

actually i think my looks, to cop a line, are like licquoricouscsoius, which i can't spell. i mean, most people don't like 'em, but those that do, do. right? i hope. maybe. anyway i just drank 750 mL's of urthel triple, so at this point i think i look great. what is with this sweater, though, i don't know. let's not wear this out again.
Re: mayfly wake... where've you bunnies been? I've been stalking her last.fm listened-to tracks for weeks. I keep hoping she'll do a mecha radio show for us.
Well, first encouter tonight and this is supposed to encourage her? She is gonna regret posting the cute picture. I'll stop here. I don't know what to say other than that I think she is really pretty in a gorgeous kind of way. Maybe she is used to that.
It's not so much the prettiness as the implied mischieviousness and vivacity, combined with the brains and excellent music taste. Definitely a DJ to be cultivated.
this thread is making me blush. but i would love to do a radio show...i have a real one on tuesdays from 2-4 on kspc, but it's not completely free-form like this is, i have to play music from the right bins and all that.
