Depending on US region, they all meant the same thing but but which did you use? Are there others?
In GoTs speak, it's, "It is known."

When I was in school exasperated teenagers would make either of two sounds while eye-rolling. Either the brief guttural sound of a Dutch spoken g. Or make a single 'tut' sound by having the tongue close against the palate and letting in air through under pressure. As I imagine tutting sounds.
No idea whether those expressions of exasperation are universally recognisable or local in time or space....
