The son. Yeah, him. →[More:] He's actually doing pretty well. He's been at his pharmacy tech job almost 6 months now, and things seem stable. He's been working fewer hours, mostly because not as many people are sick as in the winter.
He's still living at home. At this point, I'm okay with that. He's saving money to replace his 1995 Escort that looks like an extra in a Mad Max movie, trying to buy his next car with a big down payment (or maybe straight up cash).
I think once his car situation is better, he'll feel more comfortable with moving out; he won't have worries about being stranded.
So... he's doing okay.
Looking back a year or so, I have to say that I'm okay with the way things are working out, although he still has some growing up to do.
