It might be that male chorus in the background.... Does anyone else find this version of "The Little Drummer Boy" to be rather dark and chilling, or is it just me?

Well, the comments were certainly sickening.

I've always liked the "haunting" quality of that particular song.

It's You Tube. The comments are generally awful. It is a haunting song. I love "The Huron Carol" too, which has more or less the same quality.

Boney M made "Rivers of Babylon" sound rather dark to me, and "The Little Drummer Boy" has a somewhat 'haunting' sound to start with. And there are comments on YouTube? I must remember to avoid them sometime.

Speaking of dark and chilling holiday music, this version of "All I Want for Christmas is You" shouldn't be missed.
