Besides being an evil fuck that we would all like to say "no" to, Jesse Helms gave himself the title "Senator No" because he was such an obstructionist on foreign policy.

The world is a better place, and the Carolinas are a less embarrassing one, with him and Strom Thurmond dead and in the ground.
