I've seen this footage before (without the hipster intro) and it still annoys me. Dosing people without their knowledge is wrong, wrong, wrong, even if you are the government.

I think our own government did that to people, too. (They mentioned thinking about using it as a weapon. It certainly looks effective; wonder why it doesn't happen).

I can only imagine that this incident was the inspiration for Monty Python's Royal Navy recruitment video.
