Swan's End: living/dining room before and after pics So I finally got the living and dining room of Swans' End about 95% done, or in other words far enough along to take the "after" pictures. Have a look if you're interested. I posted the bathroom makeover pictures awhile back. Next up will likely be the basement apartment pictures, but that'll probably take at least a month.
The proximity of the house construction and the piano manufacture is so cool!

Seeing Trilby on the piano it's obvious why you selected that blue! Trilby's the white ribbon on your Tiffany box room.

Really it looks lovely and fresh.

Birdie's right. That room is the perfect Trilby backdrop.

Oh it is. He looks just gorgeous in there. And that's probably why he loves to get in there. Aside from the fact that there's several comfy places for him to curl up, and the piano to play. He seems to think of himself as a Beethoven — deaf, but still able to put on a mean concert.

But he doesn't get in there often, and never without supervision. I don't want him scratching the furniture or shedding all over it or breaking things by knocking them over.

It looks so lovely! The white trim with the turquoise walls is awesome.

And it looks to me like Trilby has really filled out. Such a handsome boy!

I love the color you chose!

Trilby gained a little over a pound in the first six weeks after I adopted him, which I was happy about because he looked too thin before. He's 11 pounds now and I think that's his ideal weight.

I love the color, too! It looks beautiful, Orange Swan.
