Yeah, there's nothing really interesting about this case except that she is a grandmother, but that loses its interestingness when you see her and learn that she is only 41. If she were some little old lady, as they want you to imagine when you click on the story, it would be more compelling.
I agree that the term "grandmother," though no doubt accurate, is used here to conjure up an image at odds with the woman's actual age and appearance. (Not that it would be impossible to find a market for a for a stereotyped-grandma courtesan, with a steely-gray bun and wired-rimmed glasses and a creaky voice full of love and a tray of sugar cookies fresh-baked just for you and I'm going to stop thinking about this now.
