I just got off the phone with a cranky 80 year-old woman who ranted at me for 10 minutes about how one of my co-workers had been rude to her earlier today. She then launched into a sermon about how we're now living under a dictatorship and the end times are upon us and blah blah blah.

She then ordered a copy of The Late Great Planet Earth to be mailed to her daughter in Florida "so she'll know the truth about what's going on in the world right now". She also insisted that our store order multiple copies for the floor, because "once people start catching on to what's happening, everybody will want to buy a copy."

I told her I'd refer the matter to our buyer, wished her good day, and hung up. Then I googled ol' Hal Lindsey and was delighted to find that he has a website.
