Alcoholics Unanimous: new song and video from Art Brut. The album Art Brut vs. Satan comes out next month, and was produced by Frank Black of the Pixies.

That was a jolt first thing in the morning. First song I have heard in a long time with lyrics that are both dumb and brilliant. What I hate are the mornings when you wake up feeling hungover, but you didn't have a single drink the night before.

Yeah, those are cruel and unfair mornings.

I like the line of the song where he sings, "I'm hiding it well," and the backing singers say, "Not very well." :)

I'm not a fan of this kind of skittish rock, but this song was great.

it prepped me well for having to review the new Franz Ferdinand release for the station, tho'.

Yay! I love Art Brut. Everytime I go to an art museum, I sing in my head "Modern art...makes me... want to rock OUT!"
