I'm making pancakes tonight - the crèpe kind, not the breakfast kind. I'll eat them in the traditional way, with lemon juice and sugar. Nom.

Bah, it looks like the only IHOP near the 'burgh is way out by the airport. Although half the churches around here seem to be having pancake dinners tonight.
