I guess 'breast toning' is fine coz it's probably something you'd even discuss with your personal trainer and I don't have a HUGE problem with a qualified physician messing with someone's plumbing who has a plastic-surgery sort of impulse but it's the "improve your personality" lead that's frown inducing isn't it? Methinks you can have a sparkling personality even if it's like "throwing a hot dog down a hallway", amirite?

PS. WTF? Tighten? How?
