Clunky shoes, how I love you so. →[More:]You may remember my dramatic display of despair regarding my brown wedge sandals that my dog ate. I think about my beloved ruined shoes all of the time. I even told our intern at work about them. He feigned interest and pretended to sympathize. I swear my feet were magnets when I had those beautiful things on. They were a great combination of sexy and comfort. They were high and cute and comfortable and you can't easily find all of these things at once. I got compliments all of the time. Always. When I told my mother they were ruined she couldn't believe it and repeated over and over, "Oh, Lori. Those shoes were so cute. Oh, no! I loved those shoes!"
Anyway, I didn't get to the movies and dinner tonight as planned so I bought shoes. These are not as nearly as cute or high, but they'll do. I guess. *cry*
