"It smells exactly like Dimetapp and looks like a melted popsicle." If I find a can of this at the convenience store, I'm going to have to taste it.
Just from your header, I knew this was going to be an Onion article.

Well, it's actually from the A.V. Club, their sister site.

"...codeine, sometimes mixed with Jolly Ranchers and vodka..."

There is nothing about that that sounds good. And an imitation of it sounds even worse. Although I do like the product warning: "This beverage may be extremely relaxing and calming and may cause one to lean."

I saw "promethazine" and thought "in a soda can?" Then I read further and was disappointed.

If they really want a low there's always kava kava. Or datura.

Regardless of what's in it, I love the idea of an "anti-energy drink" as a marketing gimmick.

"Slow your roll" LOL

Beeps - send me some! If'n you find any.

And I echo the kava-kava sentiment above - that's a fun way to lean. Tastes like ass, though.

I mixed it with that Crunk energy drink, but then forgot to write the punchline.

(And if you want it that badly, LT, I can also keep an eye out.)

I want to try it! Sometimes my roll definitely needs slowing.

Think Thank Thunk!
Drink Drank Drunk!

Let's all slow our roll!

Sounds like the perfect antidote for insomnia.

I don't believe in energy drinks, even this one. I am considering marketing beer and whiskey as 'lethargy drinks.'
