While I was in Philly last week I caught one of those cake decorating shows and was completely enraptured for the remaining hour. The things people can do with cake and fondant is just amazing.

That's great! And yes, the part where she pulls the fondant skin over the head and pushes in the eyeballs was pretty dang gross.

Also, she did the "Ace of Cakes" thing where parts of the sculpture are made from styrofoam, which bugs me. I mean, I know it's probably for structural stability or something, but still—CHEATING!!!
