I had the Modern Lovers on my ipod at the gym last week and was singing along to "Pablo Picasso" in the locker room. When I took the buds out some woman came up to me and asked if I had been listening to the RM soundtrack. I told her that had been a cover and this was the original...it was a bit disconcerting because she was stark naked when she asked me this.

Are you going? I'm going to try but I'm so unbelievably busy at work all weekend that I'm not sure I'm going to make it. :-( One of my all time favorite movies and my busiest week at work; naturally, they coincide. And then there's the ongoing several varieties of family crisis. Why never rain but pour, why?

Huh, that's a good idea. I should watch Repo Man tomorrow while you suckers are at work.

Cool! Speaking of that neck of the woods, Black Mountain isn't far from there, correct? How is it there? and is there such a thing as a couple of acres of land up there for $10k or less?

Or as they say on TBS, "those gosh-darn melon-humping Rodriguez brothers".
