It was also neat to see how much quicker she was at typing things than her husband was with his one finger hunt-and-peck typing.

I had no idea that this had been developed as far as it has. I think that has to be a very gratifying programming job, especially compared to doing websites about loans or something like that. How very cool.

I've seen other film footage of people using tubes to blow onto pads to simulate mouse movement and also people using their feet because they can't use their hands, which is also amazing. But for some reason, this film really hit a nerve.

The fact that people who would have previously had no method of communicating with anyone can now interact with the entire planet, is astounding.

Wow, I'm watching a bunch of their other stuff [they have a few videos on YouTube]. This one -- One Thumb to Rule Them All -- reminds me of the guy that was in the Gamers and their Avatars slideshow that was linked around here a while back. They're about the same ago too. I wonder what the disabled gaming community is like? AbleGamers still seems pretty newish and there's some neat stuff at HelpYouPlay.

Wow, that One Thumb To Rule Them All was amazing. The movie came up in Cameron Mall's "Good vs. Great Design" presentation which was excellent.
