My pet peeve is the websites that make you do a weird password (like, include at least 3 numbers and 1 character- *@%#*@), but then they don't remind you of that when you try to logon.

Websites that automatically check little boxes when you're filling out a form so you get notifications of all their crap. Fark you, spammers!

kirkaracha, I know what you mean. The better websites are the ones that say "please enter your username or email address"

And they can take either your email address if you forgot what username you signed up with.

And with the iPhone I HATE places where you need at least a number and a crazy character in addition to text in the password. You have to switch between the text and number and character keyboards.

I also really wish there was a browser or site option that will let you see the password if you so choose like on the Airport setting in Mac OS X. I will take the responsibility no one is looking over my shoulder when I put in the password.

And since you don't know what you've typed, you don't know if your password was a typo or you're entering the wrong one. And with sites where you only get a few chances before you get locked out.

Let's just cut to retinal scans and be done with it!

Oh, and the address things where it asks for the (in USA) State. You start typing in the simple thing, you know - 2 easy digits, and it brings that scroll thing up. SO, you have to use the dang mouse key to select the State which is never shown right off since we're way down on the list. (whimper, all I wanted to do was to type in NC dangit!)
