I'm enjoying this Latin vibe. Just the right music for a Sunday evening.

I've been working all day, finishing off the stuff I brought home with me, so it's nice to chill to some good music.

I made a fantastic dinner - a big hunk of tuna marinaded for half an hour in an emulsion of fruity Greek olive oil, lemon juice and zest, a splash of soy sauce, dried red chilli flakes and cilantro, then seared quickly either side, eaten slightly rare, with stir-fried vegetables (courgette, mushroom, carrot, pepper, bok choi and spinach and probably too much garlic), followed by Scottish raspberries and thick, creamy chilled Greek yoghurt.

Sunday's usually a quiet day for me, I have an early start tomorrow.

Sounds delish, essexjan, except for the cilantro, which I can personally do without. I'm making Sonoran style chili and cornbread tonight. Honeydew melon, red grapes and cheese for dessert.

The chili sounds delicious, and I like the addition of cocoa, to give it that sort of mole flavour.
