Gentlemen, we can rebuild her. We have the technology. So this is not quite the Six Million Dollar Woman, but it's at least good news for those unlucky 1 in 5000 women who suffer from Mayer-von Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome. That's quite the mouthfull... the name of the syndrome, not---stop while you're ahead.

I had an aunt with that or something similar. She was evidently all normal, but no uterus.
I didn't find out until I was in my late teens, and it did explain my mom's reaction to my first period. Up to that point she'd always worried, in the back of her mind, that there was a chance I'd inherited it.

Not that I know of, no. They didn't even know she had it until she hit 20 and hadn't had a period yet.
