I really liked his stuff and he was everywhere for several years but I hadn't seen him in a long time. Very sad.

This is terrible. Richard Jeni was a great comedian. The husband always enjoyed his work especially. So sad.

He was one of those guys who I thought was pretty funny, but who I also confused with a couple other people. I can't remember if it was Jeni or Kevin Pollak that had (has) the great Christopher Walken impression.

(on preview: yeah, it was Pollak with the great Walken impression (youtube, NSFW, scene from the Aristocrats). But, um...yeah, I liked Jeni too.)

Poor guy. I feel bad for anyone who is so low as to feel that there's no way up. Once I saw his picture I knew who he was.

Nah, he was one of those comedians that got a couple film gigs through people he knew. He was mainly a comedian.

News outlets say he was in his 40's. Wikipedia has him with a birthdate of 1957. He'd be 50 this year.
