If I remember correctly this was a funny gaff kind of thing that they did for the hell of it. It never aired though.

I knew what that was without even clicking on it! IIRC it was done for either an ITV conference or an end of year gag and bloopers tape that used to do the rounds at the company. Well worth a look, though, especially if you grew up watching Rainbow.
