Yum! Can you buy chargrilled artichokes in a pack at Waitrose, or do you chargrill them yourself? If you can purchase pre-packaged chargrilled artichokes, I'm jealous.

Oh yeah, love the name, and it sounds so good. Potatoes and artichokes together...yum. Know what's really good? A Jerusalem artichoke quiche. JAs taste like a potato/artichoke morph already. Really yummy.
